2. I used to take internship at position Sales Associate for Ngoc Nguyen Limited Company in Vietnam in my sophomore year summer at high school. I have responbility in dealing with foreign customers. Most of my customer are Japanese, Taiwanese, and Thailand. I need to call and talk with them through phone and persuade them to buy our products. Our mainly products are PVC conduits and electrical accessories. I also need to translate all of our documents in Vietnamese through English and submit to them. I also join in a team to deal with a contract from a Japanese Group. I speak with these Japanese representatives most of times because I am the only one who can speak English fluently. My Sales Manager teach me how to set a deal with them and give out the final price that we can accept for this contract. Finally, after working hard for a month, we won that contract to supply our conduit lines and electrical accessories such as bulbs and electrical wires to their AEON supermarket chains in South Vietnam. The value of this contract was $400,000 and this was the the first contract that I deal in my life.
