I scored 85 which means that I am moderate readiness for the leadership role. 
With the result, I know that I have potential to become a leader in future. I have some skills for being a leader such as: building team, listen and handle conflicts, and a convincing person. I will need to learn and practice more to become a successful leader in future.

I think that this quiz is true about myself. I am a humble person. I also believe in myself and I try to go over obstacles that require more self-confidence. I am not pessimistic about myself, but I just do not want people to see the true person inside of me – a real ambitious and arrogant one.

I feel this is right about me. I tend to talk about people's accomplishments more than my accomplishment. I also have very low physical energy. That's why I do not show our myself much to people. I think this is my disadvantage to lower my charisma with people.

 It means that I have potential to be a transformation leader. 
I think the first part about individual-focus TFL quite true about me. I always try to complete myself better and better. I kind of living alone with myself more than contacting with people. So, I have lower scores on my Group-Focused TFL. I think I should be more sociable with people and express myself with them.

I think this is true about me. I always like to give demand in processing work. I am a perfectionist so I always count on the quality of my work. I always want to achieve the best scale on work accomplishing.

I think this is true about me. I always show my team the way to solve a problem. I usually try to find the best to done a work so I really want my team follow up my advice when doing something. I just want to have the best result after the work done so I do not accept any risk in my work. Everything must be arranging perfectly on my plan and my team just only need to follow up.

I scored 67. It means that I have average tendencies toward being an entrepreneurial personality. I probably would not enjoy a career filled with risk and uncertainty.
This is probably true about myself. I love to plan everything in my life. So, it is hard for me to accept some risky on my plan. In my opinion, I need a stable job with good salary that's why I go to university. I love to invent new things and attend to adventures. However, I need to have stable salary and money first. If I want to have adventures then I will quit my job and start-up a company. So, in my job, I want everything stable and less risky as much as possible.

I think this result is right about me. I read a lots of books about how to behave with people such as "How to win Friends and Influence People." So, I really believe in my skill in solving situations with my teams. I tend to be a downright but warm heart leader. So, I can make my team members feel good when they work with me.

I am really not sure about this result. I never work under any one before. However, I chose the leaders of the team that I used to join in as examples for my answer. Most of times, I always disagree with what they do. I always keep my ideas are the best and I think he should follow them. I always think my skills are better than him a lot. So, it hard for me to join in a group because I can see a bad results in future when they do not follow my suggestion. That's why I tend to work alone because I can control my actions and have responsibility for their results.

I think this result is definitely true about me. In my opinion, we cannot always being honest and compete fairly with each others. A good guy who is trust worthy, always honestly, and compete in a fair way. After all, he is a loser, because this world is not run on that way. Personally, I will not become that person. In most of the time, I will be a good person. However, I will use some specific ways to achieve what I wants. For example, supplying a customer with a prostitute to help win big contract is justified. I strongly agree with it. There is no problem with me about that. He got the want he wants then I will get the want I wants. I am willing to do so to achieve that big contract. Those unethical things like that are happening surrounding me every day.

I think this quiz reflex true about myself. I am a honest, loyalty, and responsibility person. I scored very high in those answers. However, I am not a cooperative and integrity person. I always thinks that I can complete my task at the best when I work alone by myself. I also do treat people fairly way together because I will be biased in treating someone who I like. I still be fairness at overall but I will give a little bit of priority for the people who I like.

I think this quiz fit to my opinions toward my work. I always feel that my works do not impact on society a lot. I am also easy to be distracted from my job. I can focus and boost my jobs to complete as fast as possible. I am a very good runner in short road. However, I easy to be distracted to my jobs if I need to run in a long road. So, I am willing to put more my mental energy to complete my task as soon as possible.

I think this quiz is right about myself. I am the person who likes to contribute to the group benefits, but I do not care about being recognition or not. Because I only do something when I really love to do it. So, I do it for funny and exciting for myself, and I do not care people will know it or not. I do it because I love it. So, people can keep doing what they like and I will keep doing things I love.

I have two traits or characteristics that need to be developed: High expectation for each group member, and Friendliness. With the first one, I always think that I know the best way to done this job. So, I do not believe in results of some tasks when I give to people. When I see them do not follow my way, I do not much of my expectation to their results. I will try to give my employers more chances and encourage them for creativity. I am also a very friendly person. I cannot be funny and joking around people. I always expect for profession in my works with other people. I still can be polite to everyone, but I am just not be very funny to people. I always try to make myself for being solid and clear out the emotions. In my opinion, this is the best way to help me to achieve my goals.

I think this quiz is right about my self. One of my weakness is that I cannot cooperate with too many people in a group. I like to work alone by myself. When I work in a group, I finish my jobs very fast. So, I need to wait other people to collect their results. I think if I work in a group, people will slow me down. However, I know that I cannot always be alone. There is something I cannot do and need help from other people. So, I like to join in a group where people have responsibility for doing their jobs to get the good result together.

I think this quiz reflex true about me. I am a very strategic person. I love to planning everything before I start to do it. However, from my experience of planning in a long time, I conclude that there is no certain way for future. You should have a plan, but you should not make it too specific. Everything can change just in a night, so your strategic plan is really wasting time for planning in details. In my opinion, in your strategic plan, you should only have the starting point and the goal you want to meet. Everything else will be randomly based on the time, but you must keep your direction to the goal you set.

I think this quiz is true about myself. I always believe my ideas are the best ideas. So, I really scared that some people will hear them and stole them from me. I always try to hide these innovative ideas to people. However, if I need to move to another step, I need to say it our to people. This is the time the ideas were well prepared and welcome people to see it.

I think the quiz just is true about myself. Normally, in a group discussion, I always the last person who talk. I will give out my ideas and conclusion for the final answer. That is also the image I want to build for myself. I talk very less, but my words are very influential to other people. So, people tend to agree with my when I give out the final answer for the question.

I think the quiz just simply describe me. I am an international student from Vietnam. I came here in U.S 2 years ago. I experienced most of things that said in the quiz. I can listen, speak, read, and write another language - English. I came here two years ago, so I had a lots of friends in different race. I also love to make friends with all people surround the world.

I think the quiz just reflex true about myself. In my opinion, as a manager, you must separate what is right and what is wrong for a problem. It can be that both solutions are right and wrong but your responsibility is to pick one of them. You cannot stay at the middle and implement both solutions at the same time. Everything must be clear as your orders. Nothing should stay in the middle without being recognized to any specific sides of the problem.

I think this quiz is true about me. I am a person who has a great skill in working alone. I can handle my works very fast when I work by myself. I scored 7 in "assertiveness" which means that I am very high assertiveness. That's really true about me. Like Hitler said, I always think 1000 times before taking a decision. So, I never turn back even if I get thousand difficulties. When I decide to do it, I will keep do it until I finish it. Rarely, I stop on the way when I do anything.

scored 28 which means that my tolerance with people different from myself is within the average range. If I learn to become more tolerant or differences, I am more likely to become an effective multicultural leader.

I think this quiz is true about me. Like I said, my weakness is that I cannot cooperate with many people at the same time. So, I will feel very uncomfortable when I work with too many different races of people at the same time. Everyone has his/her own culture. So, it will be really hard to have a good communication with each person from different cultures. I would like to work in a small group and I can understand fully the culture of them to have a better communication with my team mates.
