Action Plans

ACTION PLAN I

For preparing to become a leader in future, I think my voice is the priority thing that I need to improve. I have a very high voice which is not good for being a leader in future. Throughout my research, I find out that people tend to like to listen from someone who has a low and masculine voice. So, I have decided to create an action plan to have a masculine attractively voice in the next 90 days.
1.    Beginning March 1st, I will drink 1 warm cup of tea each meal/ after breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

2.    Beginning March 1st, I will read one speech of one U.S president/ in front of mirror in a low voice/ after taking bath at night/ before having dinner.

3.    Beginning March 1st, I will eat beef or pork/ anything as meat/ in at least one meal/ lunch or dinner at Mix/ every day to increase more testosterone hormone.

4.    Beginning March 1st, I will try to talk in low voice in casual conservations/ I will ask people to judge my new voice and listen to their evaluations.

5.    Beginning March 1st, I will eat no foods that can increase estrogen hormone such as products including soy as ingredient for example: soy milk, tofu.

ACTION PLAN II

Throughout my research, I find out that an influence leader must have a good interpersonal skill. To prepare for becoming a leader, I need to have as many as possible good relationships. So, I have decided to create an action plan to learn to talk influentially with people and make more friends in the next 90 days.

1.    Beginning March 1st, I will read the book “How to win friends and Influence people” by Dale Carnegie/ 3 chapter each week/ after dinner Sunday and Saturday.

2.    Beginning March 1st, I will watch 1 video from Film Demand of JWU database or 1 video from You tube about how to speak effectively/ every Friday and Thursday night after dinner.

3.    Beginning March 1st, I will read 1 trade article/ every Sunday morning after breakfast/ about successful people such as Warren Buffet, Bill Gates and learn how they applied principles in the book of Dale Carnegie

4.    Beginning March 1st, I will talk and make friend with one person every Saturday lunch at Mix.

5.    Beginning March 1st, I will spend 2 hours every Sunday night/ write down mistakes I make in meetings of that week/ avoid to make those mistakes again in the following week.

ACTION PLAN III

I want to become an accountant in future. My major in college is accounting. I think I also should be more preparing for learning accounting in future. So, I have decided to create an action plan to learn some basic knowledge in accounting in the next 90 days.

1.    Beginning March 1st, I will read the book “Accounting in a Nutshell: Accounting for the non-specialist/ 3rd edition” by Janet Walker/ 1 chapter every week/ after Monday and Tuesday dinner

2.    Beginning March 1st, I will keep all receipts from everything I buy/ create a balance sheet by myself using excel/ compare to the bank statement which will be sent to me at 27th every month.

3.    Beginning March 1st, I will learn online courses about excel on website:  excelexposure.com/ every Saturday night / 3 lessons/ after dinner

4.    Beginning March 1st, I will learn online courses about accounting on website: www.accountingcoach.com/ Every Sunday night/ 2 lessons/ after dinner

5.    Beginning March 1st, I will read 1 trade article on website: www.journalofaccountancy.com/ every Sunday night/ before going to bed/ for updating information about accounting in U.S.


ACTION PLAN IV

For becoming a good leader, I think that a good looking is also very important. I believe that I am an energetic and kind person. However, one thing which make me feel less confident when I stand out from the crowd is my weight. So, I have decided to create an action plan to lose 10 pounds in the next 90 days.
1.    Beginning March 1st, I will never eat at late night. I will finish my homework before 12 pm and go right away to sleep. If I cannot finish my homework at 12pm, I will do the rest of my homework in the next early morning. I will eat nothing and only drink 1 cup of water before going to bed.

2.    Beginning March 1st, I will never eat any carbohydrate foods such as bread, rice, and noodles. I will eat one apple or banana in at least one meal/ lunch or dinner/ at mix every day.

3.    Beginning March 1st, I will drink only water. I will not drink any other kinds of liquids such as soda, fruit juice.

4.    Beginning March 1st, I will walk surround campus in 20 minutes right after dinner every night.

5.    Beginning March 1st, I will weigh myself every Friday night after walking surround campus in 20 minutes to keep track of losing 1 pound every week.
